30 kwi 2020 · It said that Amazon's services has detected two unauthorized devices. In turn, it gave me a link to unlock my account but I am concerned this may be a phishing scam. The email address it came from was account-alert@customercare02.com.
What's most likely is that they included a link that appears to go to amazon.com but that actually sends you to a server they own, where you will "log in" to their site, providing them with your Amazon credentials.
I know there's a lot of Amazon scams, but this email is from I believe a legit @amazon.com address -- also the links in the email (to accept/deny access) show an https://www.amazon.com URL, and the txt appeared in the same chat as other Amazon txt notifications. Here's the warning from the email:
