Vehicles must be parked on the odd-numbered sides of city streets when the date, starting at 12:01 a.m. is an odd number — and on the even side when the date at 12:01 a.m., is an even number.
Alternate Side Parking. From November 15 to March 15, vehicles parked on all city streets between midnight (12:01 am) and 6:30 am must be on the even-numbered side of the street when the date is even and on the odd-numbered side of the street when the date is odd.
