5 lip 2007 · If the 1.5 DIN is not the way I should go, then where. My truck is green and the interior is charcoal. I like the blue and/or green display of the Kenwood and Alpine systems have. Also, I have a small (I guess) 1/2 DIN place down below my stereo where the tape player is.

Installing this double DIN in a 1.5 DIN car was a little challenging. While many people on different forums chimed in and confirmed the ability to do so, little hands-on info around. For starters, the unit's install sleeve is a full 2 DIN and will not fit.
