Thoroughly clean counter bore of control shaft nut (20) and control shaft screw (17) at seal location. Lubricate control shaft screw and sealing lip of new oil seal with clean oil. Start new seal (18) in position on control shaft screw, making certain sealing lip of seal is toward rear.
28 maj 2024 · The sprocket can be repaired. Pigeon Products sells inserts that can be welded to the sprocket. Or you can take 1/4 wall tubing cut to sprocket width then cut to form "C" shaped inserts. I also have 4 HD5 chains in my collection of parts.
