The email address that I’ve received the email form was “ CUSTOMERCENTER@alitalia.it” even tho the message had some grammatical errors it had a lot of correct information, like the price of my ticket, my full name and flight number. Has anyone else received a message from that email address, did you go through with it?

In May, my flight from Lamezia Terme to Malpensa was cancelled, and resulted in me getting to Malpensa about 4 hours after I was supposed to, by way of Linate. This is the first time I've flown Alitalia and I think under the EU's rules I'm entitled to 250EU because the flight was a mechanical delay.
