I can use most of the modifiers that work with my Alien Bees/Einsteins with speed lights. Or with some bare bulb flashes like Quantum or Godox (which is what I would recommend as bare bulb flashes will fill light modifiers much better than speed lights).

30 paź 2015 · I own several Alien Bees strobes (AB800's) and would like to use the modeling lamps for continuous lighting. I know in the past, AB recommended not exceeding 150W modeling lamps. I want to know if that is because of heat or power.
