23 sty 2024 · To update GoPro firmware, you should use the GoPro Quik app. It’s fast and (nearly) fail-proof. You can also manually update your GoPro via a firmware download/upload. It requires more technical knowledge. Depending on your model, you might also be able to use Quik Desktop.

Double-click on the Update.zip file and see there is now an unzipped UPDATE folder HERO3+: Place the entire unzipped UPDATE folder onto the SD card's root level. HERO3: Open the unzipped UPDATE folder and copy the contents. Paste those items onto to SD card's root level.
