I just finally realized myself that Air Talk Wireless is a total scam. I transferred over my benefits to them to hopefully get a phone that worked faster. They sent the SIM pretty fast, but it's been over a month and still NO phone. I checked the status of the shipment, and it says that only just the label has been made.
