If you would like to book a flight or make changes to your existing reservation (rebook, reroute, refund), please contact PAL's reservations hotline. For bookings made outside Philippine Airlines' website, ticket offices, or hotline, please contact your travel agent directly.
For more information about checking in online, visit Online Check-in FAQ. You may find it in your itinerary receipt or e-ticket. You can check-in online 24 hours before your flight and select your preferred seat before arriving at the airport. Save time at the airport and have plenty of time before boarding.
You can make changes and requests through our Reservations Hotline (+632 8855-8888, +63) 919-056-2255, or US and Canada Toll Free Number 1-800-435-9725) or at any PAL Ticket Office. Click the Contact Us page to view our most updated list of phone numbers and ticket office locations.
Have quick visibility on your booking confirmation from PAL and our partner airlines before your travel dates. This gives you more time to arrange your travel requirements.
I also use https://www.virtuallythere.com to retrieve my flight details with Philippine Airlines and PAL Express. If you don't know your Record Locator you may call them (depending on your location) to ask for it.
