The Health Cards program at the Southern Nevada Health District processes applications for Food Handler Safety Training Cards and Body Art Cards. Testing for these cards requires an appointment. 20 lip 2022 · On Tuesday, the Southern Nevada Health District announced that clients who took their food safety test in person at a Health District location after July 2018, can now renew their cards online, no appointment required. The new online process is available here.
24 wrz 2020 · First-time food handler safety training card applicants can make an appointment by calling (702) 759-0595. New card applicants will have until Dec. 31, 2020, to obtain their card. Food facilities will not receive demerits if a first-time applicant is working without a card at this time.
