  1. 8 wrz 2022 · There is the 13 "magic base" list that is expedited for EFMP troubles. Any of those 13 bases are considered able to meet ALL needs. I can tell you that it doesn't always work out that way but for the most part it is good. JBSA, Wright-Patt, MacDill are three bases I remember for sure are on there.
