The Armored Heavy Support Vehicle System (AHSVS) is a modular logistics truck based on the DaimlerChrysler Actros 4100 series. The vehicles are fitted with a Land Mobility Technologies (LMT) armored cab. The AHSVS requirement was developed in response to conditions in Afghanistan.
