27 mar 2023 · For more help understanding what you need prior authorization for, call the Member Services number on your member ID card, 1-833-570-6670 (TTY: 711). We’re available between 8 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week.
You can submit prior authorizations electronically through the Provider Portal. And you can check the status of authorizations you’ve already submitted. Just go to “Patient Registration” to find the Authorizations & Referrals function.
