I know there's a lot of Amazon scams, but this email is from I believe a legit @amazon.com address -- also the links in the email (to accept/deny access) show an https://www.amazon.com URL, and the txt appeared in the same chat as other Amazon txt notifications. Here's the warning from the email:

The email informs the user that they can cancel the order and get a full refund. To do this, the user is asked to click a link and confirm their payment info. In reality, they’ll be giving their payment details to the scammers.
