If you registered your product when you first installed it then you might be able to find the serial number recorded in your Adobe account online. Beyond that, you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
25 sty 2018 · I would try to start over and see if you can get the serial number again. If that does not work, check your Adobe ID account, the new serial number may have been added automatically (you can check that here: Adobe ID )
