I set up my work email first and it works great. I then set up my gmail - no problem. I can receive and send emails from each without any issues.

this is a post to describe a workaround for associating or linking an email address to a calendar in Outlook. This is important for accepting calendar invites from the right email address when using multiple work email addresses.
Add a new account in new Outlook. On the View tab, select View settings. Select Accounts > Email accounts. You can now add a new account. Under Email accounts, select Add Account, and select a suggested account from the dropdown menu or enter a different email address. Click Continue.
