NEXUS is designed to speed up border crossings into Canada and the United States (U.S.) for low-risk, pre-approved travellers. It is jointly run by the Canada Border Services Agency and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. NEXUS memberships are valid for 5 years.
Replacing your membership. You can request a replacement for your lost, stolen or damaged NEXUS card through your TTP System account. There is a $25 (USD) non-refundable processing fee to issue a replacement card. You may have to do an interview at an enrolment centre to replace your card.
