  4. Try restarting the launcher or the PC. If you are on steam I think you can view the CD key of the game so try that and type it in. Are you using the same account that has the game or are you trying to launch it from a different account? But your best bet would be to contact Rockstar support.

  5. Do you own the games you are trying to play on Ubisoft Connect? Open ubi connect on pc app, select game press play, it will then activate on your account. Don't need to install.
