Application. Prospective students are to complete the Online Application with the following items (where applicable). Any documents not in English must be certified and translated. The ACS Unit issues passports, registers U.S. citizens born in Singapore, performs notarial services, and provides assistance to U.S. citizens arrested in Singapore, U.S. citizens who are victims of crime, and to the families of Americans who pass away in Singapore.
The NUS Study Loan is tenable for the entire undergraduate programme duration. Re-application is not required. Note: The NUS Study Loan (tuition fee portion) will not be applicable if tuition fee is already covered by a scholarship/ NUS Bursary/ MENDAKI Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy/ Higher Education Community Bursary.
