Amoxycillin & Clavulanic Acid is used for short-term treatment of bacterial infections at the following sites: Upper respiratory tract infections (including ENT); e.g., tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media. 27 wrz 2024 · Usual Adult Dose for Urinary Tract Infection. 250 mg orally every 8 hours or 500 mg orally every 12 hours for 3 to 7 days. For more severe infections, 500 mg orally every 8 hours or 875 mg orally every 12 hours may be administered.
Aclav 250 mg/125 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin and Clavulanic acid. It is used to treat bacterial infections like, tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, boils, abscesses, cellulitis, wound infection, bone infection, and oral cavity infections.
High dose: 80 to 90 mg amoxicillin/kg/day divided every 12 hours; maximum dose: 2,000 mg/dose (AAP [Wald 2013]; IDSA [Chow 2012]); treatment duration variable: 10 to 28 days, some have suggested discontinuation of therapy 7 days after resolution of signs and symptoms of infection (AAP [Wald 2013]); some experts recommend a duration of 10 to 14 ...
Doses recommandées : · dose standard (pour toutes les indications) : 1000 mg/125 mg trois fois par jour ; · dose plus faible - (en particulier pour les infections de la peau et des tissus mous, et les sinusites non sévères) : 1000 mg/125 mg deux fois par jour. Enfants < 40 kg.
Doses recommandées pour le traitement des infections, comme indiqué à la rubrique : 2000 mg/200 mg toutes les 12 heures. En cas d'infection très grave, la dose peut être augmentée jusqu'à un maximum de 2000 mg/200 mg administré toutes les 8 heures.
