The 2021 update sees the removal of category ACEA A3/B3 from the high Sulphated Ash, Phosphorous and Sulphur (SAPS) gasoline and diesel engine lubricant sequences, and the addition of the new ACEA A7/B7 category which builds on the performance and test requirements of ACEA A5/B5.
