Account Services. Payment Options. There are several options available when making a payment to your student account. Online. eChecks: eChecks are MSU's preferred payment method and are accepted online with no service fee. eChecks are a fast and simple payment method that can be made from regular U.S. checking and savings accounts.
Click “Make a Payment”. Enter “Payment Amount”. Select “Payment Method”: credit/debit card or e-check. Proceed to make payment by type. Student/Payer can save a profile of their credit/debit card and/or e-check information for future use if they would like.
Once logged in, the authorized payer can view the student's current account activity, check the latest statement and make payments on the account. The Authorized Payer, after the initial login, will go to the MSU provided QuikPAY® login at quikpayasp.com/msstate/studentaccounts/authorized.do.

The Mississippi Department of Revenue accepts the following types of payments : You can make estimate payments, or payments for tax returns, billings or audits through your TAP account. There are no fees. You may make estimate payments without creating a TAP account.
