Disable your accounts and cards by using your mobile banking app or calling the bank. Make sure you contact the bank directly — never use phone numbers found in texts or emails.
Contact each creditor with the fraud account and inform them that the account is fraudulent. Make notes of everyone you spoke with; ask for names, department names, phone extensions; record the date you spoke to them. Each creditor may have a different process for handling a fraud claim.
