Someone hacked my AppleID account and changed the Trusted Phone number and the Password. I have been unable to reset it on my own, and the overnight support has not been able to help either. I also can't get account recovery because I don't know what the phone number was that they changed it to.

Since the phone number has changed, there is no way to recover the account. To reset the password you need access to the phone number.
Apple says they cannot lock/block/recover account or ICloud or photos or credit cards or passwords stored in it. We cannot create a new AppleID without a factory reset of the phone losing contacts, SMS history, app history.
26 sty 2023 · They also would/could not: revert my accounts phone number to the previous one, so i can recover it. change the "locked" status, so i can login with my password. delete my account, after it has been locked for months now.

21 gru 2023 · At the same time, my iPhone and iPad (my only two Apple devices) begin asking me to sign back into my Apple ID. I enter the password on my phone a number of times but the system says it's incorrect and I fail so many times my account is "locked for security reasons."
