Apple says they cannot lock/block/recover account or ICloud or photos or credit cards or passwords stored in it. We cannot create a new AppleID without a factory reset of the phone losing contacts, SMS history, app history.
Someone hacked my AppleID account and changed the Trusted Phone number and the Password. I have been unable to reset it on my own, and the overnight support has not been able to help either. I also can't get account recovery because I don't know what the phone number was that they changed it to.
When I check my email I find that one minute after I received the successful login alert email I received another email stating my Apple ID information has been updated. Specifically: the password to the account has been changed. I logged onto iCloud to download photos from my account, not to change my password.
16 wrz 2024 · If you can't change your Apple Account password because it's already been changed by someone else, reset your password. Go to account.apple.com to update any of personal or security information that isn't correct or that you don't recognize.
9 lip 2023 · What happens when you sign in to the web portal of your email provider to try and reset your email password? Have they been able to assist with securing your email so you can receive the recovery link?
16 wrz 2024 · In some cases, you might be able to shorten the account recovery process or reset your password immediately by verifying a six-digit code sent to your primary email address. You might also be able to shorten the wait time by providing credit-card details to confirm your identity.
26 paź 2020 · If you have a secondary email on your account(not an @icloud.com address) you can try iforgot.apple.com to reset your security questions or your password via email. If this doesn't work, or it says not enough information, then you're SOL.
