To activate or check the balance of your DIRECTV Visa® Reward Card or DIRECTV Virtual Visa® Card, enter the first four digits of your Reward Card number and select Manage your rewards.

Log in to Account Access. Select your Account, and within the top navigation select “Rewards & Benefits”. Click “Redeem rewards at Rewards Center” to reach the rewards center and start redeeming. Or call the number on the back of your card to reach Cardmember Service. Redeem for travel rewards, cash back 3, gift cards or name brand merchandise.
To change the name on your Reward Card, the name on your DIRECTV service account must first be changed. To do so, please contact your local DIRECTV service center. You can find your service center's contact information by following the link on the contact us page.
To track the reward status. Go to the DIRECTV Reward Center. Select Access your rewards. Enter your Claim number or Account number. Select Access your rewards. Heads up: Rewards must be claimed by the expiration date. For more info, see DIRECTV Reward Center FAQs.
