Each season, the Academy produces professional quality shows for the Meadville community. Over 100 volunteers work to perform in over 70 performances, serving over 10,000 patrons. Our-135-year old facility has seating for 470, including handicapped accessible seating and restroom facilities.
The Academy Theatre is Meadville’s home for all varieties of artistic and cultural events. We offer a wide variety of shows, outside acts, educational classes, and even rental space for your special occasions.
