Bought a phone case only to discover that the phone buttons were inoperable with the case. I didn't read the fine print buried on their website about requiring shipping the product to China with tracking in order to get a refund (the cost of that was $118).
All my cases have been Amazon cases. Most I paid was maybe $20 and they have all been really good. I am a huge fan of ultra-thin cases (doesn't protect that well for drops, but feels great and feels naked) and the only issue with them is if you're constantly taking the phone in and out of the case it stretches a bit.
