Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Date of experience: November 05, 2020. On 11/07/2019 I had installed a brand new 3 1/2 ton Payne AC Condensor made by Carrier installed by a professional AC Service company. On 08/04/2020 the compressor went out.
