You can modify a player's attributes using /attribute. The command only works on one player. Adding [limit=1] will fix it. Here is the command to change your attack speed: /attribute @p minecraft:generic.attack_speed set value 10 - - - - - - - - - - OPTION 2 - - - - - - - - - -
