19 kwi 2024 · This is the Hayes Custom Cobra series that they have been sinking a lot of time into promoting. From what I understand, Hayes has been concentrating on this pistol exclusively in lieu of their other builds like the Rock Islands, etc.
6 gru 2020 · Anyone use Hayes Customs? Very accurate, very reliable, and is one of my carry guns. My complaint with it is the sharp edges all over the gun (specifically the front of the rail and safety), and the finish (which is parkerizing).
5 paź 2013 · What I left out in my write-up was it later became my first foray into custom 1911’s with Hayes Custom Guns. After having my XO upgraded with a Clark barrel that shot <1.5 inches at 50 yards from a rest, and having trigger and accuracy work done, this got the wheels turning for my next idea.
12 lis 2023 · I count Ben and Aaron Hayes as friends. They are great guys. Great Shooters and great gunsmiths. The do fantastic work on 2011’s shotguns and AR’s for 3 Gun shooters. Ben has built two 1911’s for me. One in 9MM and a 38 Super. Little known fact, they learned the trade at Clark. They are family.
23 lut 2023 · Does anyone have any insight or opinion on Hayes Customs for 2011s? Look at them for a cheaper but reliable 2011 option. Thank you! Hayes makes a top notch competition 2011 with a lineage going back to Clark Customs. I've visted their shop a couple of times and they have been awesome to work with.
