You can use any version on windows. If it were installing only 2.0, it was a mess up from my part. Sorry for the trouble. Install it again with, pip uninstall anime-downloader pip install anime-downloader[cloudflare] --no-cache. Also there is a config file which can be configured to set the default download directory. I haven't documented it yet.
