17 sie 2024 · When you create a new account in Microsoft Teams, if you receive the message “Your account has been locked” immediately or a few days later, and you cannot receive a text message to recover your password, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Did the user see the error "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." when the issue occurs? If this is the case, please wait for around 15 minutes and then try again to see how it goes.
We’ll, if it’s their problem yes, but if the user is blocked for being “at risk”, then maybe OP’s organization needs to look at their Azure user’s at risk page, and remediate the problem with OP’s account.

22 maj 2020 · I would like to set up teams on a personal account with the email address cambers@habitechdesign.com. Unfortunately when I try to I get an error stating: Ask your admin to get you started with Teams, or set up another org in Teams using a different email address.
