17 sie 2009 · I've seen a few on here done using the manifold off of the old 1.8 8v gassers. I'm pretty sure you'll need to weld up the flange area at the top corners of the ports so you have enough material when you port-match.

It changes your TB position from the left side of the engine bay to the right, which requires you to make your own intake, extend your MAF wiring, and move your battery to someplace else if you want to make a "Real" COLD air intake.

17 lut 2014 · The easy solution is to get a 04-05 Passat TDI manifold & turbo (small upgrade from stock ALH turbo) or any of the aftermarket 8 valve 4 cylinder exhaust manifolds on e bay and put on a bigger turbo (you know you want more power).
22 lut 2015 · After removing the bracket, unscrew all 8 bolts for each manifold using a T30 bit or other T30 tool narrow and long enough to reach down to all bolts (if in doubt check this first)
