I have been popping the hood and taking the battery cable off the post all summer to stop the fuel pump from continuously running and drawing my battery. This is a 1990 Bronco with a 5.0.

27 kwi 2017 · Since the low current wire on the fuel pump relay doesn't have power, trace the wire from the fuel pump relay to the eec relay and look for any fraying or broken spots. You may need to use a test light or multimeter to determine where the exact break is.
