1 lut 2024 · not sure if you all know him or who he was but Bill Wilcom passed recently. He was the owner and operator of the legendary 75-80 dragway in Monrovia Md. He closed it around 2003 as I recall for several reasons. The land is worth a fortune and he sold it.
24 cze 2021 · For the racers around Maryland it looks like 75-80 Dragway will be reopening. From post I've seen on facebook the track has been sold as of June 2021. The new owners are leasing it out to someone who is working to clean up the track and are hoping to have it open mid July 2021.

1 lip 2021 · I was pleased to learn the legendary 75-80 Dragway in Monrovia MD (DC Suburb) is being resurrected by promoter Terris Hicks. The track opened in 1960 and was operated for 45 years by owner Bill Wilcom until its closure in 2005.
