  1. 1 mar 2003 · On page 15 of the following pdf file from accurate arms. The data that withergyld posted is the hottest 7.62x25mm load data I have seen published, and is based on 42 k c.u.p. reverse engineered Eastern block Tokarev ammo. 1) Tokarevs are stronger than CZ52s*, not the other way around.

  2. I'm in the research phase of loading 762x25 Tokarev with 110gr 30 carbine bullets. I have Ramshot True Blue as powder, it's a bit difficult to find anything concrete for load data. I did find a AR15.COM post where a user used 7.0 grains as a start load. I looked in my Hornady app which has a limited selection of powders used for data.

  3. 1 sie 2005 · According to all printed (load manuals) load data that I have found they say to use bullets .308 - .311. The .32 caliber bullets from Hornady mic's out at 0.312. May not make a difference in 1 out of a 1000 rounds, but you may just add a touch too much powder to one and get the over-pressure.

  4. 7.62x25 is the same as Tokarev but Lymans is using the leeser pressure data for 7.62 Mauser. They list loads for the 86 gr. FMJ and 93 gr. FMJ using Bullseye and Unique. The best available published data that I know of comes from Accurate.

  5. 7 cze 2007 · In the load manual I have states that for the bullet weight and powder I'm using, you are good from 6.6gr to a MAX of 8.5gr. I loaded 14 rounds last night based on this data with 7gr of Acc#5. Well safe within the data, looking to find a good target round.

  6. 12 lip 2014 · Fixing to start loading for my Romanian Tokarev, have converted some .223 cases to 7.62x25 and now on the hunt for load data. Planning to try using some 98 grain lead round nose for starters, looking for a starting point with Bullseye or Unique.

  7. 23 maj 2011 · 7.7 grains of AA-7 is the "factory load duplicator" for the standard 7.62 x 25 as loaded by the Soviets for the Tokarev series of service pistols. From my Tok and the CZ-52, using Hornady limited production FMJ and RNSP 85 grainers--as well as the Hornady .308"/.312" XTP 85 grainer--I get 1375-1400 FPS.
