28 mar 2024 · See the specifications for this engine in the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro AMA Specifications Sheets HERE. The COPO 9561 option used a solid-lifter L72 427 CID big-block engine, rated at 425 HP at 5600 RPM. Around 1,000 Camaros were fitted with the L72 engine option.
