The gang was established in the year 1972 when the Bloods gang was slowly rising to power in the West Coast. The gang has since then made a name for itself as one of the most violent and ruthless gangs in the area.
Current intelligence gathered by the Virginia Fusion Center and other law enforcement agencies indicates the Bloods are a significant criminal threat to the Commonwealth and will continue to grow in numbers and operational scope.
