I don't remember if I got 5% back for it or not from Cash+, but according to the csv I downloaded from USBank for the charges on my card, Youtube TV coded as 5817 last October. That's supposed to be used for "Digital Goods - Applications (excludes games)".
If we were to subscribe only to Youtube TV and internet to replace cable, it would cost us $128/month. We were being billed over $200/month for cable TV and internet, and that didn't include any DVR like you get with Youtube TV.
To overcome the quality issues, I've been able to use my YTTV credentials to watch the content (mostly sports) on the network apps (Fox Sports, ESPN, etc.). Its an easy workaround, but if the issues persist, my opinion will change. Give it more than a few days though.
