I called five guys and they said the email it was received from, and the one to forward to is their legitimate email. I since forwarded it saying this person is not me. It did say any cards would be cleared with the email change.

I just saw an email from 5 guys thanking me for my order from NY, I don't live in NY. Checked my bank account and sure enough there was an order for five guys. Called my bank and alerted them to the fraud right away and while on the phone canceling my card, another order to five guys was placed.
