Plants that grow well in medium containers include: beans, broccoli, cabbage, lemongrass, okra, potatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, ginger, turmeric.

The recommended number of units is based on average needs of medium water use plant material. The amount of units used can be adjusted for extreme dry or wet climate conditions. Excessive heat, wind and plants with extensive foliage or fruit will require additional watering.
