16 lut 2008 · When you come across 509 numbers in a casting usually behind the timing chain cover that refers to a HIGH NICKEL BLOCK They are a good casting, the best GM ever put out in my opinion. 509 raised casting numbers from the factory refer to high nickel content in the cast iron.
