25 kwi 2019 · The new correctly adapted HEI distributor has just one input power wire (ON/OFF) lead that is fed by the ignition key switch, and a lead for an HEI compatible tachometer, if one is desired. So simple, and much more reliable than the other distributors that came with our IHs when they were new.

1 lut 2017 · I have decided to upgrade my 87 YJ (with carb) with an HEI distributor. I already did Nutter and it ran great for awhile but now I've lost spark. Can anyone tell me what wires on the YJ I attach to the distributor?
