Enroll in the CA 4-H Youth Development Program. If you are new to 4-H, please connect with a 4-H Club or the County 4-H Office to learn more about enrollment, before you enroll online. If you are a returning 4-H member, you will enroll using the CA ZSuite system, with your same login information.
