11 lip 2013 · 4-20mA scaling calculator. 4-20 mA signals are used to transfer a physical value such as a temperature, pressure, liquid level or other physical quantity. The current in the loop represents the corresponding physical value. Example: A 4-20mA temperature transmitter with a range of 0 tot 100 degrees Celsius measures a temperature of 20 degrees.

13 maj 2017 · Y2 and Y1 are your limits, 160 and 70 (Both REAL values) X1 and X2 and predifined PIW values. Your range 4-20mA is from 0 to 27648 INT. SO you say when I receive 4mA (number 0) I want to be 70(real) That means X1 is 0 and Y1 is 70. If you want maximum value 20mA to be 160 then Y2 is 160 and X2 27648.
This measurement to current converter tool will convert any linear measurement reading into the ideal current loop signal over a linear range of 4 to 20 milliamps, and display a 4-20mA conversion scale for the chosen measurement range.
This flow transmitter 4 to 20 milliamp current output calculator provides a way to determine the output reading from the measured flow and flow transmitter range. A conversion scale graphic for each flow and 4-20mA current output range combination entered is also displayed below the calculated values.
This pressure transmitter 4 to 20 milliamp current output calculator provides a way to determine the output reading from the applied pressure and pressure transmitter range.
4 cze 2024 · With a 4-20 mA sensor it is usual that 4 mA corresponds to 0 percent of range and 20 mA corresponds to 100 percent of range. With the DAQmx drivers you can convert from the current reading to the desired value using custom scales.
This section explains how to make it easier to understand measurement results from a sensor equipped with 4 to 20 mA output as current values. “Measurement of 4 to 20 mA” —you can master it just by using this single guide!
