31 sty 2021 · I just took delivery of my 2021 Sting Gray JLUR yesterday with painted fenders and painted hard top. I’ve been considering getting the hard top and fenders wrapped with self-healing paint protection film (e.g. Xpel, 3m, Suntek, etc).
8 mar 2019 · Rustoleum truck bed coating (rattle can) is virtually an exact match as the OEM steel bumper paint. Others have suggested it and used it as touch up. I was amazed how close the color and texture is. BTW, Home Depot sells it in the paint department.
30 mar 2009 · Now, once I put the soft top on in the spring, here's how I will do it: 1. Prep the surface by scuffing it with a grey scuff pad then degrease 2. Apply black sealer (why sealer, because I can paint it wet on wet) 3. Black Base 4. Clearcoat! Yup, for sure....
21 cze 2021 · I get the PPF on Wednesday. Front grill, part of hood, fenders, some of panels, and 24 inches on each door (oh and the hinges, which now I know why they are a problem). Looks to be about $1,000. I'm planning on actually using this as a jeep and I'm trying to prevent a rocky mountain pin stripe.
16 cze 2020 · Since my jeep came with a hardtop and soft top, I don't have any desire to get rid of the hardtop, even here in AZ. To be honest I actually like the way it looks with my Sahara. However it is extremely faded and I plan on restoring it to it's original color in the next couple months.
