I've been with 3Play since this past September. I have no experience with other transcription/subtitle places, but I really like 3Play a lot! As someone else said, always check the standards guide and you should be fine. Good luck!

I started with 3PlayMedia about 2 months ago. The pay has been a disappointment. I'm located in South America and the average rate per minute is 0.40 USD. If we assume the hypothetical scenario of an automaton working 8 hours per day, non-stop, taking 3 minutes to edit 1 minute.
3Play Media Acceptance. I applied to 3PlayMedia about 2 days ago. I know at one point a few months ago, everyone and their mother was applying there to get away from Rev, so there was an influx of a lot of applications and very few people getting accepted.
