   30 kwi 2015 · One issue I have with laminated shafts is how they look. Often times the various laminations will be different colors (First Gen OB shafts) and just won't look right. I am impressed with how the 314-3 shaft looks.

   29 mar 2017 · I play with a Predator Roadline and have the 314-2 shaft and the Vantage. I got to try the Revo shaft and absolutely loved it. I love the fact that it is so super smooth and hard to ding. I was so surprised that it was not even mentioned in the shaft poll. Haven't ordered one yet.

   I've tried McDermott G-Core, Viking Vikore, Predator Z-2 and 314-2/3; and OB Plus Pro, 1+, and Phoenix 11.8mm; and Lucasi Flexpoint 12.75mm. Lowest deflection (LD) to highest deflection: OB Plus Pro - excellent feel and feedback with LD similar to Predator Z-2 - tie with Predator Z-2

   I have ordered but have decided to cancel the order for the predator 314-3 that I was gonna put on my players cue. The reason is, I'm seeing for like $100 more I can get a meucci cue with a "the pro" shaft and overall I'll still be at an upgrade to my current cue. Any thoughts? Would I be better off with the 314-3?

   I can post videos of me hitting a breakrac 100 times with a predator shaft and won't have an issue. Can it happen, sure in rare cases. Is it likely to happen, no. Predator even warranties the shafts if broken during a break shot.
