My setup is like this: Fiber -> AT&T Gateway (wireless router) -> Cat5 to my own router (which is another wireless router). So I have 2 wireless router covering 2 ends of the house. Result is similar effect as using extender.

I’m trying to decide if the WiFi speeds I’m currently getting from my 5268AC Gateway are about as good I should expect, or if people are getting faster speeds using a 3rd party wireless router? I typically get 300-350 Mbps using the Speedtest app on my iPhone 11 Pro if I’m within 20 feet of the gateway.
